We had a ton of fruit and knew we wanted to use it with something and were excited to find a recipe for Tropical Rainbow, which reminded me of a fruit sherbert! This is only the beginning of trying out her fabulous ice cream recipes and the next recipe I’m going to try is her Oatmeal Choc Chip Ice Cream! We did bananas, strawberries and peaches and it was delicious! Marilyn does a few more flavors in her version but we ran out of room so opted for the three flavors this time.
This was something we could feel good about giving the kids when they asked for more!
