The whole topic of finding a good bra is touchy subject with most women – it seems like finding the perfect bra is unobtainable and just depressing. If there’s anything I’ve learned from bra shopping it’s that you get what you pay for! I tried a cheaper bra from Target before I got pregnant and it just didn’t hold up, with the underwire coming through with in just a couple months of wear.
Since I got pregnant I’ve already gone up an entire cup size and the wireless bras I had when I was pregnant with Luke just weren’t working for me at all. So I started looking for a comfortable bra I could wear through my pregnancy and also nurse in once the baby was born. I can’t tell you how many nursing bras I’ve tried…why are the good ones SO hard to find?! The good news is that if you’re local to Cincinnati and haven’t checked out Blue Cocoon yet – GO! Ashley has a great selection of nursing and maternity bras and will give you the personal help you need to find the perfect fit! If you’re not local to Cincy, don’t worry…she has a great online store too!
Jennie and I have both been wearing Bravado’s Bliss Nursing Bra for the past few weeks and the name certainly speaks for itself! I have been impressed with the fit and comfort of this bra and I love that it’s lower in the front so it makes the
perfect t-shirt bra. It feels like it has an underwire because it’s so supportive but it doesn’t! I was blown away that it also comes with a free bra extender, giving you extra comfort while pregnant. It also comes with a bra conversion kit that allows you to convert it from a nursing bra to a regular bra once you’re finished nursing!
Bravado’s bras are made for comfort and support during pregnancy and breast feeding so don’t torture yourself hunting for a good nursing bra! If you’d like more information, including sizing info
I give this bra two thumbs up if you’re pregnant and/or nursing! As soon
as Jennie put this on at Blue Cocoon she couldn’t take it off and she looked like it took 5 lbs off her because it was so support and gave her the lift she needed that she wasn’t getting from her other nursing bra. The cost is $54 and worth every penny!
As soon as you try on this bra you won’t want to take it off – and even better that you can convert it to a normal bra after you’re done nursing – genius! It just proves the quality and comfort of the Bravado brand – they know you’ll love it so much you won’t want to wear it just when you’re nursing.
