Every Saturday we are picking up our CSA Shares and we are getting quite a bit of greens starting out. I have been wanting to make Kale chips so headed to for my Wildtree staples for a yummy crispy batch of Kale chips! I used one of my favorite blends: Rancher Steak Rub along with the Garlic Grapeseed Oil.
I gave Luke a little oil and a pastry brush to lightly coat the kale (with the stem taken out).
After sprinkling a little Rancher Steak Rub on the Kale, we baked it at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Everyone loved the Kale chips! They were a crispy and delicious healthy snack!
